QAVETA / POLICIES

Terms of Service

Conditions for EA subscriptions, cloud desktops, billing and support.

Version · October 29, 2026

1. Provider and scope

Qaveta supplies MT5 Expert Advisor software subscriptions and cloud hosting services through qaveta.com. The contracting entity, registration details and verified address are the company details displayed on the Contact page and your order confirmation. Contact support@qaveta.com or +372 53257507. Do not purchase until those details and the applicable product specification are available.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this contract. Provide accurate country, email and phone details, safeguard your credentials and use the services lawfully. You remain responsible for your broker account, terminal configuration, trading decisions and compliance with local restrictions. We do not hold trading deposits or execute managed investments on your behalf.

3. EA trading risk — no guaranteed returns

EA software is a technical tool, not a promise of profit, capital protection, personalised investment advice or a managed account. You may lose all trading capital. Martingale can increase position sizes after losses; grid strategies can accumulate correlated exposure; trend systems may lose in ranging markets. AI models may be inaccurate, unstable or fail in new conditions. Backtests, demonstrations, displayed MT5 accounts and past performance are illustrative and do not predict future returns. Spreads, commissions, swaps, slippage, liquidity, leverage, gaps and broker execution can materially change results. Test on a demo account and set risk limits before live use.

4. Product selection and delivery

Before creating an order, review the selected strategy or VPS region, machine, resources, price, period, requirements and restrictions. An invoice is not confirmation that a VPS is provisioned or an EA is installed. Delivery depends on successful payment and the relevant integration or provider. Product-specific terms disclosed before purchase form part of the order. We do not promise an uptime level or opening time unless explicitly included in the purchased plan.

5. License Key and account binding

An EA Key is personal to the purchased subscription. On first supported EA activation, the EA reports and binds its MT5 account ID and broker server automatically. Clients cannot manually change or rebind the account. A public demonstration account is separate from your binding. An approved partner plan may distribute purchased Keys within its stated scope; every Key remains subject to its subscription period and first-account binding. Otherwise do not share or resell Keys. Do not reverse engineer or bypass licensing except where applicable law permits it. Online checks require connectivity; plan how to manage existing positions independently if access or the network fails.

6. Fixed billing and cancellation

The first order anchors the billing calendar. Recurring invoices follow the selected 1, 3, 6 or 12 month cycle; they do not restart on a late payment date. Reminders are sent 3, 2 and 1 day before the due date where contact delivery is available. At the unpaid due date, entitlement is suspended. Payment restores only the remaining invoiced period. One outstanding overdue invoice is retained without accumulating additional overdue periods. After one calendar month overdue, the subscription ends and the unpaid invoice is voided without debt collection. Cancelling an unpaid order voids its invoice. For a paid service, cancellation preserves the paid-through date, voids open renewal invoices and stops subsequent billing. If the paid period has ended, termination is immediate. Cancelled invoices must not be paid; any transfer already sent needs support review. Cancellation is not a refund. We do not initiate transfers from external wallets. Account balance is debited only when you choose balance payment or enable automatic payment of renewal invoices in account settings; you can disable that setting at any time.

7. USDT payments and exact received amount

Only the displayed network and configured USDT contract are accepted: TRON TRC20, Ethereum ERC20 or BNB Smart Chain BEP20. A shared wallet payment quote adds a positive identification amount of less than 0.01 USDT to the product price. The exact total is shown before payment and remains assigned to that invoice and network. The amount actually received after exchange or withdrawal fees must equal this total. Pay fees separately or increase the withdrawal request as needed so the displayed net amount arrives. Do not round the amount, send another token or reuse an old invoice quote. Confirmation requires a successful finalized chain event; a screenshot or submitted hash alone does not prove payment.

8. Payment exceptions and refunds

Partial, excess, wrong-token, wrong-network, duplicate or late transfers require a support investigation and do not automatically grant service. Recovery may be impossible, particularly across unsupported networks; we do not guarantee it. Approved refunds are reviewed manually after ownership and transaction verification; disclose any unavoidable network costs before agreement. Contact support with the invoice and transaction reference, never a private key. Refund and statutory cancellation rights are not replaced by our billing cancellation button.

9. Consumer withdrawal and remedies

Where mandatory consumer law applies to a distance purchase, you may generally have 14 days to withdraw. Request withdrawal by an unambiguous email or support ticket stating your name, order ID and decision. Applicable exceptions for digital content require the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation; accepting these general terms alone does not waive your statutory rights. For services started on your express request, a lawful proportionate charge may apply. Legal remedies for non-conforming digital products or services remain available.

10. VPS acceptable use and backups

Do not use hosting for malware, spam, unlawful access, attacks, infringement or prohibited content. Respect provider resource, traffic and acceptable-use limits. Keep independent backups and secure your operating system and trading terminals. Suspension or termination may interrupt trading and may eventually delete provider data under the disclosed provider policy. Retrieve important files before cancellation. Data-retention or restoration guarantees apply only if the plan expressly includes them.

11. Support, communications and privacy

Support tickets and their email replies form one conversation. Keep the ticket reference intact and never send trading passwords or wallet keys. Transactional messages cover registration, security, orders, invoices, payments and service changes in your selected account language. Marketing is optional and requires separate confirmation; you may withdraw it without losing service. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Delivery to an SMTP server does not guarantee inbox receipt; you must also check your client area.

12. Liability, changes and disputes

We apply reasonable care in providing the contracted technology. No clause excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. Trading losses are not automatically evidence of a software defect; any claim is assessed on its facts and applicable law. Changes apply prospectively and do not silently alter a paid billing period. Estonian law applies subject to mandatory protections of your residence. Contact support first; eligible consumers may also contact Estonia’s Consumer Disputes Committee. Courts and consumer remedies remain available under applicable jurisdiction rules.
