How sales are counted
- Only eligible, paid product purchases are considered. Wallet deposits alone are not sales and must not be counted again when spent.
- Unpaid, cancelled, refunded, fabricated and self-purchase orders are excluded. Refund adjustments follow the agreed terms.
- Order attribution must be agreed before promotion. Renewal commissions, if any, must be confirmed separately.
Commission rates, order attribution and settlement arrangements are governed by the written terms confirmed before cooperation begins.
