MT5: allow the Qaveta connection

1. Open Tools → Options → Expert Advisors.
2. Enable “Allow WebRequest for listed URL”.
3. Add the exact address below, then select OK.

4. Return to the EA. Close its setup reminder to retry, then enter your purchased Key if needed. The EA continues checking automatically.

DLL imports are not required. Never place your Key or trading password in the URL list.

On a VPS, configure the MT5 terminal running on the VPS. Network permission and Algo Trading permission are separate. Enable trading only when you are ready.
